We make distinctive ciders that celebrate the fruit, the growers, and cider drinkers alike.

Our story began decades ago with two young boys spending their summer afternoons stealing apples from neighbors’ trees. What started as a common rebellious bond turned into a lifelong friendship and shared passion for our cider makers and founders, Steve Hance and Colin Post.

Today, we’re bringing a fresh cider experience to the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Our new cider house–Minnesota’s largest–offers up to sixteen lines of distinctive ciders, made using centuries-old techniques and served in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. We look forward to serving you in our new home and reinventing cider traditions together.

WoodFire Pizza

 

Located outside of our cider house, Little Tomato serves wood-fired pizza seven days a week from their brick oven truck. The menu showcases farm-fresh ingredients and gluten-free crusts, a truly perfect pairing for our ciders.

PRIVATE EVENT SPACE

 

We have 2 spaces available for private parties and events:

The 500 sq. ft. Barrel Room accommodates about 40 people. It is equipped with a large screen, communal tables, and offers an intimate view into our cider crafting process.

The 300 sq ft. Loft is our mid-century modern, upstairs lounge that can accommodate 25 people. It offers comfortable couches/chairs in a hip, relaxed setting with an aerial view of the entire taproom.
